Today (12 February 2025), Mr. Akara Prompao, Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives, presided over the ceremony to announce the management measures for aquatic resources that produce eggs, lay eggs, and raise larvae in the Gulf of Thailand in 2025 (the Gulf of Thailand is closed). Mr. Aphai Suttisang, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, Mr. Bancha Sukkaew, Director-General of the Department of Fisheries, executives under the Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives, relevant officials, and local fishermen joined the event at the Chumphon Fishing Pier, Pak Nam Subdistrict, Mueang Chumphon District, Chumphon Province.
